About the Author 

Abhishek S. Hardeniya is an advocate based in Jaipur, India. He practises primarily before the Rajasthan High Court and also appears in Sessions Courts. In his work, he has seen how often serious disputes begin with expectations that were never discussed, whether about money, property, family responsibilities or roles at home. Talk Before You Tie the Knot grew out of that observation. He wrote it to give Indian couples a calm, structured way to have these conversations before small assumptions turn into larger conflicts.
